Mrs. Njide Ndili is the Executive Vice President of the Lionstone Group, an Investment Holding company with subsidiaries in the Oil and Gas sector, Hospitality, Real Estate and Infrastructure development across the West Africa Region, a company she co-founded in 2004 upon her return to Nigeria from the United States. 


Prior to her return to the Lionstone Group, Njide was the Chief Executive Officer of  Hygeia Community Health Plan (HCHP) an affiliate of Hygeia Nigeria Limited and having worked extensively in Health Insurance Industry for over 14 years.  Prior to her present role as CEO, she was the Chief Operating Officer of Hygeia HMO covering Strategic and Network Operations across its regional offices. She still oversees the Shared Operational Platform of the HMO administration with her present role.


Prior to joining Hygeia, Njide was the Director, Project Management and Information Technology at CIGNA Insurance Company, Houston Texas -- one of the largest HMO operating in the US, where she managed various projects across the regional offices and coordinated teams located in seven states. She also held the position of Contract Implementation Manager, overseeing systems implementation of all reimbursement contracts with providers.  Before joining CIGNA, she was one of the start-up staff of AmeriHealth Insurance Company, Texas, and was instrumental in the start up of the company’s operations in Houston, coordinating projects and putting systems in place to ensure efficient operations.  She rotated through various departments as a data analyst at Independence Blue Cross Philadelphia, including Quality Management, Network Management, Claims and IT Departments.

Njide is a graduate of the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme (AMP) and has an MBA from the University of Houston, with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Finance. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and a B. Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Nigeria.
